I joined Bharat Seats almost at its inception and have seen this Company grow from a fledgling shed to a 6-unit operation delivering value to our customer with every seat that is dispatched. Today, as the Head of Corporate Affairs, I am proudly watching the new generation taking charge and using the strong base, to which I got the opportunity to contribute in my career, to set a trajectory of steep growth.
I joined Bharat Seats as Dy. Manager in the Quality Assurance Department and presently I am the Vice President – Manufacturing.
Whenever I look back at my journey in Bharat Seats, and the numerous opportunities that I got to learn and contribute to the business growth of the Company, it gives me strength to deliver every challenge that comes my way & also motivate my colleagues to walk that extra mile.
I have been with Bharat Seats, for more than 10 years & at every step the Company has provided me with opportunities to learn, experiment, succeed, grow and mentor. As I lead various HR verticals like Talent Acquisition, Employee life cycle management, Employee Experience and Engagement I cannot but be proud of the supportive empowering environment that the Company provides to anyone who has a desire to contribute.
I joined the Company in 1987 as a green horn CA. Thereon, from preparing the first balance sheet of the Company to enabling its growth through contribution as the CFO to its strategic thinking into a 900cr plus Company has been a very satisfying journey.
I joined Bharat Seats on 1st June’1999 as a Graduate Engineer & have grown through the PU production route to being the overall development head of PU. Now I have been entrusted with the responsibility of being the Operations Head of Gujarat green field project. The Company provided me with the opportunity to actively contribute to Bharat Seats Limited being certified as a TPM organization. I got opportunity to travel overseas number of times for diversification of technology. Bharat Seats allowed me to unleash my potential.
I joined Bharat Seats in 1986 as an Operator. Today I am Dy. Manager responsible for production and product quality. In addition, I am part of numerous CFTs contributing my knowledge and experience. During my last 32 years of association with the Company I can only say if somebody is looking for a Workplace to explore his/her potential, then Bharat Seats Ltd is the right place, it gave me the wings to fly.
I joined Bharat Seats in 1986 as an Operator, Today I am a master craftsman with 32 years of service in Production & Maintenance Departments. I was sent to Japan to gain expertise in PU moulds. I am a proud contributor.
I joined the Organization in 1993 as a Trainee Engineer & now, I am responsible for the pan-Company Maintenance. The Organization has always extended me full support to innovate and contribute and even sent me abroad for machine selection and proving. Today upon completion of about 25 years, I still feel just as charged as I was as a fresher.
I joined Bharat Seats, as a Trainee Engineer in production department and presently am responsible for driving Quality culture and comprehensive Excellence across the organisation.
