We have our own tool room with advance VMC and conventional machines. This helps us to develop protos to verify design quickly without depending upon outside suppliers.
This also serves as a backbone to keep our lines run with a minimum breakdown.

- Seat Level Benchmarking is performed for enhancing product quality, process improvements and generation of cost down ideas.
- Designated area (Proto Room) for assembly and preparation of Proto Samples.
- Separate Chekkai Area is specially developed with high lux to catch even the smallest defect.
