Rohit Relan is a leading business leader from the auto component manufacturing industry. He is the Chairman & Managing Director of Bharat Seats.
A Chartered Account (CPA), he has also undertaken Owner President Program – Harvard Business School and Management Development Program – INSEAD France. He has been successfully running Engineering Companies supported by professionally qualified people since 1986.
Rohit Relan believes that manufacturing prowess comes thru qualified and skilled employees, and the Company under his leadership is focused on being totally connected to the customers and satisfying their requirements of supplying a quality product.
Rohit Relan has been working very closely with the Japanese Community since the last 2 decades as the Co-Chairman of the India- Japan Business Cooperation Committee. For his dedication and contribution, he was conferred the award of “Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Rosette” by the Emperor of Japan, for his significant contribution to promoting economic exchanges between Japan & India which led to further strengthening the relationship between the two countries.
Mr. Relan contributes his time to various associations for the betterment & growth of Society and the nation.
He is Chairman of the Indian Polyurethane Association ( IPUA )

Co-Chairman of the India Japan Business Cooperation Committee
He is socially responsible and supports a school for the under privileged girl child, giving them equal opportunity in society.

Mr. Kunieda has experience of more than 34 years in supply chain management. Presently he is Senior Advisor in Maruti Suzuki India Limited.
He has a long career association with automobile giant, Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan. Mr. Kunieda joined Suzuki Motor Corporation in 1989.

Mr. Garg is an alumnus of IIT Roorkee and has been associated with Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) since 1993. Presently he is heading the Quality Assurance Vertical and Rohtak R&D Centre in MSIL.
Over a distinguished career spanning more than three decades, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening Quality systems, supplier development and capability enhancement across the value chain. Under his leadership, the MSIL QA team has closely partnered with suppliers to successfully launch numerous new models with high product Quality.
He has played key role in establishing an authorized recycling ecosystem that supports Circular Economy and in advancing raw material localization through enhanced testing capabilities at MSIL, thereby strengthening supply chain resilience and self-reliance.
Amid an evolving regulatory landscape, he provides strategic oversight to the Conformity of Production (COP) function, ensuring compliance of vehicles with applicable regulatory and certification requirements
A strong advocate of innovation, Mr. Garg has been instrumental in driving Digitalization and AI-led transformation across MSIL Quality Assurance and the supplier base.
He has also served as a key member of SIAM’s Technical Committee, contributing to the formulation and implementation of India’s automotive Recall Policy.

Rishabh Relan has 10 years experience in automobile industry and was Chief Operating Officer of the Company since August, 2012 and in 2021took over as whole time director of the company. Rishabh is fully involved in the day to day management and operations of Bharat Seats Limited and focusses on operational excellence. He led the TPM activity and the company won the award ‘For Excellence in Consistent TPM Commitment from JIPM’. Further improvements and growth of the Company are his main agenda.
Rishabh is a sportsman. He played tennis at state level, and is an avid golfer and cricketer.

Mr. Behuria is presently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Reliance BP Mobility Limited a Joint Venture of Reliance Industries Limited & bp incorporated as an Oil Marketing Company. Prior to this, he also served as Chairman of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd and Chairman and Managing Director of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.
After superannuation from Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, Mr. Behuria assumed responsibility as Group President, KK Modi Group in 2010 and steered the institutionalization of the Group Corporate Office with an objective of augmenting pace of growth, achieving a unified focus, elimination of redundancies and transforming weaker business units.
After completing tenure in Modi Group in March 2016, Mr. Behuria joined Adani Group in April 2016. During his tenure, he was the Head of LNG and LPG business of the Group.
He has been conferred the Honorary Fellowship of Energy Institute, UK – for distinguished contribution to the energy industry and conferred the ‘Udyog Rattan’ award by the PHDCCI in 2006. Also, named among the top 10 most influential oilmen in India by Upstream, the internationally acclaimed Oil & Gas journal. He also received prestigious “SCOPE Award for Excellence and Outstanding Contribution to Public Sector Management – Individual Category” for the year 2006-07 in recognition for the best CEO amongst all PSU.

Mr. Sanjay Bhattacharyya has an established experience of 35 years for serving in Indian Foreign Service, Government of India, with specialisation in diplomacy in an era of globalisation and transformative change, boundary and security issues, economic engagement and negotiations. He has held various prestigious posts such as Ambassador to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. He was BRICS Sherpa during India’s Presidency. As Joint Secretary (South) (2012-15) he crafted India’s Act East Policy, coordinated economic diplomacy with ASEAN countries, initiated Indo-Pacific dialogue and commenced structured engagement with Pacific Island states. As Deputy High Commissioner in Dhaka, he was involved in the historic land boundary agreement and introduced Lines of Credit for Indian projects; as Deputy Chief of Mission in Tokyo, he facilitated investment flows and elevation of ties to a strategic partnership; as Deputy Chief of Mission in Beijing, he oversaw boundary issues and bilateral relations. As a young diplomat, he worked on EU economic relations in Brussels and was a political officer in Beijing and Hong Kong. Mr. Sudhir Maheshwari, Chartered Accountant, has an established experience of 32 years as a Managing Partner of a firm of Chartered Accountants, B.R. Maheswari & Co., LLP. He specialises in the areas of Finance and Accounts. He has worked with major clients in varied industries including banking (Central Statutory Audit at Bank of India, UCO bank etc); NBFCs (Statutory Auditor of PNB Housing Finance Ltd); other large PSUs (IFFCO, ITDS, SAIL etc) and large private sector companies (Shree Cements Ltd, Relaxo Footwear Ltd etc).
